Situated on 1.7 acres of land, this house is right on the water. You can listen to the ocean on the deck or walk
the private beach. Enjoy magnificient sunsets from the upstairs balcony or the screened-in porch. We are only
5 minutes from the Wood Island ferry, close to golf courses and have restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
