Owner's Comments Wonderful family vacation spot! COUNTRY SETTING! Great location right across from Georgian Bay w/access just steps away. A great getaway cottage that sits on fairly Quiet Street. It is very clean & has open concept kitchen & eating area, living room, 3 bedrooms & a 4 pc bath. This cottage is fully furnished inside and out, and is ready to be rented on a weekly basis. It has a private yard in a quiet area. It has an 8X20 deck across front of the cottage & a 10X14 deck at the back of the cottage. There is also a large open area in the backyard with a fire pit with lots of trees on the perimeter for privacy. Large property plenty of room for kids to play, a minute walk to the beach. Very friendly neighbours. The view of Georgian Bay is truly memorable. Areas has great trails to Bike or Hike with the family. Water access: A 5 minute walk from cottage to magnificent beach with magnificent view of Georgian Bay. Waterfront: sandy Please bring your own linens, blankets, and pillows.
