Do You Wish to be Set Apart From the Others? First Time Listed. A 159 acre single island in
Georgian Bay with gorgeous open views from the south and west. The island is presently severed
in 3 parcels each with modest cottage/cabin. The island has thousands of feet of varied
shoreline with sand beach, natural shore, rock outcropping and deep water for large craft or yacht.
The island does not have electrical power or phone but could be made available by a new owner.
The island is covered with tall oak, maple, white pine and other softwoods.
This could be a family compound or Corporate Preserve. It's prime fishing area too!
The main cottage is about 15 minutes by boat from a mainland marina. The island is
located in the Port Severn area 1 1/2 hours from Pearson International Airport,
Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
